BAIDEG - Bloecker Aircraft Interior Design & Engineering GmbH
was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Hamburg, the cosmopolitan city with Germany's largest center for the civil aviation industry. In addition to major international companies in the aviation industry, more than 300 small and medium-sized enterprises, research institutes, and universities are located in Hamburg, forming a network of expertise in the aviation industry.
BAIDEG offers design and engineering services for the design of aircraft cabins and cockpits, as well as cabin interiors such as seats, galleys, lavatories, sidewalls and panels, in-flight entertainment (IFE) systems, etc. We design and build full-scale cabin and cockpit models for smaller aircraft as well as medium- and long-haul aircraft.
BAIDEG has developed its business globally, but its focus is on the People's Republic of China. There, we initially conducted smaller consulting projects on manufacturing and repair processes for cabin equipment, troubleshooting measures for the AVIC ARJ21 regional aircraft test flight program, and more. Subsequent large, comprehensive projects involved the complete development, manufacture, and delivery of functional aircraft cabins and cockpits in the form of full-scale mock-ups. A full-scale engine mock-up was another highlight of our activities.
